Phantom Stream
Streams of Consciousness
One can’t enter the same river twice, but can flow with it for a while. In the field of positive psychology, “flow” (or “the zone”) is described as a subjective experience of unstrained listening with low awareness, that can occur at a time of a challenging task.
That term can very much describe the installation Phantom Stream, where the wish to flow with color and materials is realized.
Streams of consciousness, electricity, blood or water, streams of data and information, vibrant artistic movements are gushing around us or caress at ease.
Be'ery Gallery, Israel, 2016
